Trainer – Quality Assurance
As Associate Trainer in Quality Assurance, Kayla Ponder supports staff development and ensures high standards in ABA service delivery. With experience in both school and home-based settings, she specializes in implementing behavior plans and collaborating with families and teams. Kayla is currently pursuing her BCBA and holds a B.S. in Healthcare Management and an MBA in Finance, bringing a well-rounded perspective to both clinical quality and operational effectiveness.
